Mannok has grown to become one of the main providers of insulation and building materials in the UK. Mannok has a broad range of PIR insulation products that provide top-performing thermal conductive properties for use in floors, roofs, and walls.

Mannok’s full range is created with sustainability in mind. The entire range of Mannok PIR insulation boards has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and an A+ green guide rating, making them not just energy-efficient, but a product that will provide excellent thermal performance and improve the overall sustainability of the building.

PIR Insulation Board

Mannok PIR Insulation Boards are rigid boards of polyisocyanurate faced with low emissivity composite foil on each side of the board’s facings. The boards are lightweight and easy to cut, handle and install. Suitable for new builds, refurbs, and extensions, PIR boards are a multi-purpose insulation material that is a must have for builders. Mannok PIR boards can be applied to rafters in the roof, internal and external wall applications, and in the floor. When installed correctly the insulation can last as long as the building does. Tape is highly recommended to seal edges of the boards together and prevent air from getting free.

This Mannok Insulation board provides low thermal conductivity which amplifies the performance and insulation properties which allows low U-values to be accomplished. By managing the thermal conductivity and U Values in your residential or commercial building you can create a more comfortable and healthy living or working space. Furthermore, by ensuring the building is insulation correctly you can save up 30% on your energy bills.

Mannok PIR insulation boards are available in a range of sizes and thicknesses. The standard size is 1200mm x 2400mm with thicknesses available from 25mm to 150mm.

Other Specifications:

  • Thermal conductivity of 0.022W/mK

  • Boards are branded with logo
  • Moisture Resistant
  • Fibre Free Board
