Sopratherm TB4000 PIR Board
The Sopratherm TB4000 is a multi purpose PIR board, which is available in thicknesses between 20mm-40mm. These are classed as multi purpose boards and feature the same thermal conductivity as the thicker boards (GA4000 / XR4000). They are the thinnest of the PIR multi purpose range. The thermal conductivity of 0.022W/mK. They are multi purpose boards and feature a low emissivity foil facing. The board itself is made from PIR, which is Polyisocyanurate. TB4000 boards are often used in floors, walls and even roof applications. They are 2400x1200mm in dimensions with a total coverage of 2.88m2
Sopratherm GA4000 PIR Board
This is an identical board to Sopratherm TB4000, however the thickness ranges from 50mm to 100mm. The most popular thicknesses in this range are 50mm and also 100mm. Sopratherm GA4000 is a high performance PIR board, which are easy to cut and install. They can be used in many application types including solid floors, flat roofs, pitched roofs, masonry walls and also timber framed systems. They are 2400x1200mm in dimensions with a total coverage of 2.88m2
Sopratherm XR4000 PIR board
The Sopratherm XR4000 has the same specifications of the GA4000 and TB4000, however it is the thickest of the range. The thickness of XR4000 ranges from 110mm to 200mm. They are 2400x1200mm in dimensions with a total coverage of 2.88m2. Sopratherm Insulated Plasterboard (PL4000)
The Sopratherm insulated plasterboard is an insulated plasterboard by Soprema. The Sopratherm PL4000 is a 2 in 1 product, which features PIR bonded with plasterboard. The Sopratherm PL4000 is a true thermal insulation and dry-lining solution. It offers excellent performance with a thermal conductivity of 0.022W/mK. This product is available in a variety of thicknesses, ranging from 37.5mm to 77.5mm. They are suitable for both new builds and refurbishments.
Sopratherm CW4000 Cavity Wall Boards
The Sopratherm CW4000 cavity wall boards are made from PIR, which are designed for partial fill and masonry cavity wall applications. These popular cavity wall boards as easy to install and are 1200x450mm in dimensions. They boast a thermal conductivity of 0.022W/mK and are available in thicknesses ranging from 50mm to 100mm.
Soprema Thermaclass 21
These are also cavity wall boards, however they are designed for full fill applications. The thermal conductivity of these boards are an impressive 0.021W/mK. The Thermaclass range is extremely popular and available in thicknesses ranging from 90mm to 140mm.
