Celotex Cavity Wall 60mm
Celotex 60mm – a high quality rigid insulation. The Celotex Cavity Wall, made of a Polyisocyanurate (PIR) core with composite foil facings bonded to each side of the board. The rigid boards make it easy and cut and install as well as, light to transport. When correctly installed Celotex products will have an extremely long lifespan lasting for as long as the building does.
Aswell as 60mm the Celotex Cavity wall comes in thicknesses of 40mm, 50mm, 75mm, 85mm, and 100mm. 60mm Cavity Wall Application
Install Cavity Wall 60mm in residential and commercial buildings including new builds and refurbs. Celotex cavity wall boards are made for partial fill, Masonry cavity wall applications.
The boards dimensions fit between wall ties with no cutting necessary. If needed, cut the boards using a fine-toothed saw, or a sharp knife.
Fit the boards between the inner and outer leaf of the building. Install the boards into the wall whilst it is being built using wall ties. Consult a professional before insulating your property.
60mm Cavity Wall Specifications
60mm Cavity boards hold great thermal qualities and will keep heat inside the property. In addition, this will reduce energy bills up to 30%. This means cooler summers and hotter winters within an energy efficient property because of the level internal climate.

Do not use Celotex CW4000 in the external walls of buildings over 18 metres in height (England and Wales). In addition, do not used in external walls of buildings over 11 metres in height (Scotland). In short, recent changes to Building Regulations mean that only non-combustible insulation or insulation of limited combustibility can be used in buildings of that height.
