50mm Soprema Cavity Boards (CW4050)

These Soprema 50mm cavity boards are made from Polyisocyanurate. This is a thermoset plastic, which is typically produced as a foam board. This is perfect for rigid thermal insulation. The cavity board features a PIR core, which is bonded to low emissivity foil facings on each side. This low emissivity foil facing helps improve improve thermal performance in sealed cavity air spaces. An improved thermal performance can help installers to achieve desired U-values.

These 50mm Soprema cavity boards have a thermal conductivity of just 0.022W/mK. The lower the thermal conductivity, the less heat will be able to pass through it. This reduces heat transfer and therefore helps keep internal temperatures at a comfortable level. The 50mm Soprema cavity wall boards are manufactured by Soprema and are lightweight and easy to install. The dimensions of the cavity wall boards are 1200x450mm. This 50mm Soprema cavity board is a part of the CW4000 cavity wall board range.

The 50mm Soprema cavity wall boards are rigid foam and formed into a rectangular shape. This is designed for easy installation within both partial fill and masonry cavity wall applications. They are durable yet reliable with product performance that does not reduce over time. These 50mm Soprema cavity boards are well used in the construction industry. CW4000 is a cavity wall insulation board can be fitted between the breeze blocks structure of the building (inner leaf) and also the outside brickwork (outer leaf) to help insulate the building.
