We deliver to UK mainland only. This excludes Northern Ireland, British Isles such as Isle of man and Isle of Wight.
Delivery times will vary depending on the product and your location. Standard delivery is 2-3 days on average. Please note that all delivery times are estimated. Special items can take longer (please see estimated delivery times on product pages in green).
All orders must be placed by 3pm to be eligible for the delivery times listed on our website. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Most of our delivery drivers will be very cooperative and willing to help you with your order, please be polite and respectful and they will do their best to ensure a smooth delivery process.
If any part of your deliver is damaged or faulty, please let your driver know at the point of delivery then contact us on email info@tradeinsulations.co.uk – our customer service team will make sure the issue is raised immediately with our customer service department.
At Trade Insulations Ltd we offer Special Orders to ensure products are specially made to provide the best suited product for your project, therefore these items are not stocked and are ordered directly with the manufacturer. When placing a special order, please be sure they are the correct materials for your project, as this is made to order specifically to your project. Special orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable. (Special order brands include Isomass, Full Kingspan range and some Rockwool products) if you are unsure then please contact your sales advisor.
Special orders are also likely to have longer delivery times. We will always give you an approximate lead time for your products. We at Trade Insulations Ltd will always do our utmost to make sure that your order is delivered on the expected delivery date and will keep you up to date along the entire process, however we cannot be held responsible for any claims due to late deliveries.
Most deliveries will be made using a large side curtain lorry (HGV). If your delivery address isn’t suitable for this vehicle, please let us know in the delivery notes section so we can choose a different mode of transport. Please make sure you have sufficient people on site to help offload the goods from the lorry. If you require a Moffatt offload, please let us know in your order notes. Due to access with some delivery address where bigger lorries cannot be used no Moffatt deliveries will be available.
In the event that you should need to return an order or part of an order please contact our office on the day of your delivery. Any requests to return any goods after this time may not be considered. All returns are subject to a minimum of a 30% restocking fee & minimum £100+vat collection carriage charge, Collections are around 3-5 working days.
Whilst we will always try to help with any problems regarding your order, we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect orders in terms of the materials ordered or quantity ordered by you the customer, any amendments after the order has been placed will incur a £35+vat admin fee.
Rockwool, Kingspan and Isomass products are non-cancellable and therefore non-refundable. Please make sure that your order quantities etc are correct before placing and paying for your order. This also includes all palletised items, for example pallets of Knauf Rocksilk RS45 or Pallets of Isover CWS32 150mm. For all other items, if you choose to cancel, a minimum cancellation fee of £100 plus VAT will be charged.
Any refunds will take up to 14 working days to be processed.
Due to high demands and manufacturers’ allocation, most orders placed from Trade Insulations will be classed as a special order. (Please see the below special order policy details).
Any orders placed are booked in on the same day if the order is placed during office opening hours.
