Can you advise on delivery dates & times?
All delivery times are shown on the product pages, the dates showing are achievable in the time frame given. If your address requires a smaller vehicle like a transit or 7.5t please allow extra time. When you have placed your order online with us, one of our sales team will email you with a confirmed delivery date. All deliveries are untimed as we use a 3rd party courier service, so unfortunately we aren’t able to provide you with a delivery time.
Can I request a delivery date?
Yes, you can do this at checkout. Simply pick your nominated delivery date before checking out.
Can I order over the phone?
No. All orders have to be placed online. We accept PayPal and debit and credit cards.
Can I get a discounted price or quote?
The only discounts we offer are emailed out monthly on a mailshot – if you would like to receive this please sign up, we do not provide quotes as all our prices are online – add the items to your basket and this will provide you with a price.
Can you split the packs or pallets?
Unfortunately all packs & pallet items have to be sold as a full pack/pallet quantities.
Do you offer collection?
We do not provide a collection service. All orders placed online will be delivered to the delivery address on your order confirmation.
