When using Metal C Stud 3600mm x 146mm make sure your U Stud Metal is 62mm always must be 2mm thicker to help push in!
Installing C Stud Metal
- Make sure your U Track Stud is in place – this is for the ceiling and floor
- Make sure the U Track is 2mm wider than your C Stud
- Partition the C studs around 400mm or 600mm apart
- Fix the studs with Wafer Head Self Drilling Screws
- Fix your Plasterboard to the stud work with fine thread drywall screws
