37.5mm Celotex Insulated Plasterboard (PL4025) is a 2 in 1 insulated plasterboard. The board consists of a high-performance PIR board. It also consists of a bonded tapered edge plasterboard. The board itself boasts great thermal properties. It is also easy to install in a variety of applications. Celotex 37.5mm plasterboards are commonly used in solid masonry walls or between and under rafters and joists.

37.5mm Celotex Insulated Plasterboard
37.5mm refers to the overall thickness of the board. This thermal laminate board consists of the 12.5mm bonded plasterboard and the 25mm PIR core, which totals 37.5mm. Celotex PL4025 is BBA certified and is quick to install. This product combines both insulation and drylining. 37.5mm Insulated Plasterboard are suitable for internal wall and pitched roof applications.
Celotex 37.5mm insulated plasterboard achieves a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK. It can be used in both existing and non-domestic buildings. This insulated plasterboard can also help to limit the risk of surface condensation. The total coverage of this board is 2.88m2 (with a length of 2.4m and a width of 1.2m). You can calculate the width by height to give you the total coverage of any board.
The Celotex PL4025 thermal laminate board can be fixed using standard masonry fixings and also drywall adhesive which is also known as Dot and Dab.

Celotex PL4025
37.5mm Celotex Insulated Plasterboard can also be identified by its product code, which is PL4025. The ’25’ in the code refers to the thickness of the rigid PIR foam core. Every Celotex Insulated Plasterboard product has a 12.5mm plasterboard attached to one side.
Our customers sometimes refer to PL4025 as “38mm insulated plasterboard”. This is simply down to the fact that people round up the thickness by 0.5mm as it is quicker to say 38mm than it is to say 37.5mm. This is technically incorrect as the actual product thickness of PL4025 is 37.5mm.
